Payment methods:
Accepted payment methods for online orders are bank transfer and PayPal/credit card. PayPal is our preferred payment method. When you enter PayPal website to send your payment, you will be able to pay by credit card also, if you wish to.

Shipping method and rates
Items are shipped with UPS.
Shipping rate is 20% of the prices you see on our Website. This rate includes package, insurance and transport to the address specified by you.

Order cancellation
If you decide to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, e-mail or fax.

Items return
On the senses of Italian law D. L. 22/5/1999 n. 185 you can return items in following way:
Supplier of items is: The Art Gallery Florence FA.SI s.a.s. di Giacomelli Simone e C. (henceforth: "The Art Gallery"), Via Guicciardini 54r - 50125 Florence, Italy - VAT Number IT-04556780486.
The Art Gallery fully guarantee the quality of their goods. Should you be not fully satisfied, you can exercize your right of refusal within 10 (ten) days of the receiving the product, sending within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item a registered letter with notice of reception, containing:

• a manifestation of the wish to take advantage of the benefits conceded by the law;
• a description of the item;
• the progressive number of the order made at the moment of purchase or ordering;
complete data of your bank account (name of bank, local bank agency, number of account and other informations needed for international transfers)

As an alternative, you can send:

1. a telegram, within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item, to the above address, or
2. a fax to the same within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item to the number ++39-055-2302679 indicating the same details as in the registered letter mentioned above.

In both cases, 1) and 2), the communication must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the telegram or fax by a registered letter with notice of reception, sent to the above address.
To obtain a reimbursement, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from the date of receiving the merchandise you must, in addition, send back by mail the item for which you want to exercize the right of refusal.
The item must be sent together with the bill of delivery and/or the bill of accompanyment attached to the item at the moment of delivery.
Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the registered letter in which you manifest the wish to exercize the right of refusal, The Art Gallery will make reimbursement through a bank transferral. The above reimbursement refers exclusively to the price of the item as shown in the order form and in the bill of delivery: in any case the expenses for sending and delivery of the product back to The Art Gallery are not an object of reimbursement and will remain the responsibility of the consumer. A necessary condition for the exercize of the right of refusal is the substantial integrity of the item and its wrapping.

Treatment of personal data
According to current Italian laws and with reference to personal data obtained or to be obtained in the future, we indicate the following:

• The obtaining and use of personal data is of an obligatory nature and has the exclusive purpose of permitting us to adequately perform a correct business service (answering to informations requests; shipping ordered items);
• consequently such data are and will be treated either on computer or on paper in a manner that is licit and correct, respecting the law;
• The data may be disclosed to third organizations (banks or credit cards companies, shipping agents) exclusively for payment procedures and delivery of the ordered goods;
• Your data can always be updated, modified, completed or held back from use simply by contacting us per e-mail.
